1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing access to the ContractorCalc tool you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Product Description

ContractorCalc provides contractor job pricing calculations based on Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data and user-provided inputs. Access is granted immediately upon completed payment of the listed price. This is a digital product delivered electronically.

3. Purchase Policy

All purchases are final. Because ContractorCalc delivers full calculator access immediately upon payment, refunds are not available.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact spiralworldllc@protonmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks filed against a completed transaction for a delivered digital product will be disputed with documentation of product delivery.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS TOOL IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Calculations are based on BLS regional labor data and industry benchmark burden and overhead rates. Results are estimates only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. SpiralWorld LLC makes no warranty that results will match actual job costs, market rates, or contractor profitability outcomes. User assumes all risk for business decisions made using this tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpiralWorld LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this tool. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, calculations, and design elements of ContractorCalc are the property of SpiralWorld LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the tool or its outputs without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
